By participating in our product testing program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • This offer is available to residents of Singapore aged 18 and above.

  • Each tester may only apply once per product campaign.

  • The information you provide must be accurate and complete.

2. Product Testing Purpose

  • All products offered through this program are provided for the purpose of user testing and feedback collection.

  • Products are not for retail sale and may include units with minor packaging damage or cosmetic variation.

  • Participants understand that the items are provided on a trial basis and may be returned if necessary.

3. Card Verification

  • To confirm your tester spot, a valid credit or debit card is required for verification purposes.

  • No payment will be made at the time of verification.

  • This step helps prevent fraudulent or duplicate submissions.

4. Shipping and Handling

  • A small shipping or handling fee may apply and will only be charged after the product has been delivered and confirmed.

  • All shipping fees are collected and processed by third-party couriers (e.g., J&T Express, SingPost).

  • The delivery method and fee may vary depending on the user’s selected option.

5. Data Usage

  • Your information is used solely to process your tester participation and to contact you regarding delivery and feedback.

  • We do not sell, share, or misuse your personal data.

6. Program Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify any test campaign at any time without prior notice.

  • If a selected tester is found to have violated the rules (e.g., multiple registrations), their eligibility will be revoked.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The company is not liable for lost or delayed packages, courier errors, or damages during transit.

  • By participating, you release the company from any liability associated with product usage or testing outcomes.

By completing the verification step, you agree to these terms and confirm your intent to participate in the selected product testing program.
